As part of COGNIPLANT project that started October 2019 we investigated during the first year deep learning approaches, methods and frameworks for classifying and predicting process operational modes, machine fault types and product quality as well as those for deep reinforcement learning in order to predict continuous action control of industrial processes that are optimised for energy consumption, emission and waste reduction.
